Cava is Catalan Champaign and combines, like his French cousin, with fruits and syrups. From the classic Cava Cocktail, to the Kir Royale and the very well known Aperol Spritz.

• KIR ROYALE:  Cava, cassis liqueur
• CAVA COCKTAIL:  Brandy, sugar, Angostura, lemon twist
